Heavy – a lonely poem

This secret I stole, I stole in the dark
An act of indiscretion
A secret; a bright and infinite spark
Can’t force me into confession

I hide in the shadows, they mirror my soul:
What hidious creature we’ve born
Little will you know, since you’ve left me alone
This shadow; my new found home
